On today's episode, I am joined in conversation with a phenomenal woman, Zimasa Tile, also affectionately known as Mrs. Tile.



Zimasa is a Business Manager at the Investment Banking Division of Standard Bank of South Africa.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant of South Africa and she obtained

(CA (SA))  her BCom Accounting Degree and Honours Degree from the University of Cape Town. She also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Wits Business School and a Certificate in Advanced Business Strategy from the University of Laverne.



Zimasa’s core expertise are in the areas of strategy formulation and execution, operations, business performance and enterprise risk management. She has experience in external audit, corporate governance, as well as corporate valuations.



She excels as a humanitarian and is a member of the Standard Bank South Africa Corporate Social Investment committee. She is also dedicated to business education, financial literacy, career development and youth empowerment, she shares on these topics on her YouTube channel; Mrs. Tile and through various speaking engagements.



Zimasa is passionate about leadership and spends her spare time mentoring and coaching young leaders.



Zimasa also wears one of the most precious and blessed hats of being a wife to her husband Zipho and a mother to Ziyamazi.
